How to reach us

The best way to get to our hotel is to exit the motorway junction at Castellammare del Golfo, follow the signs for HOTEL PORTO or PORTO, and after crossing Piazza Petrolo, take Via Giovanni da Verrazzano, which will take you over the bridge of the old town centre, the Hotel is shortly after the bridge on the right. If it is ZTL (limited traffic area) hour, entry is allowed for check-ins. Along the route there are road signs for "Hotel Sopra Le Mura".

From Trapani or Palermo airport:
From Punta Raisi Falcone Borsellino airport or Trapani Birgi airport, take the Palermo-Mazara del Vallo motorway (A29) depending on your direction of travel. Take the Castellammare del Golfo exit and follow the signs towards the harbour of the city.

By train:
From Palermo Station, take the local train to Trapani and get off at Castellammare del Golfo train station.

Distances

Trapani - 50 km
The city of Trapani can be reached from Hotel Sopra le Mura in about 40 minutes by car. The route is very easy as it takes almost exclusively a motorway route. During the journey you can decide on other towns to visit in the western province of Sicily, just a few kilometres away such as Alcamo, Salemi, Segesta, Calatafimi, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo and Selinunte.

Palermo - 60 km
The location of the boutique Hotel Sopra le Mura between the provinces of Palermo and Trapani allows you to reach the Sicilian capital in less than 60 minutes by motorway. Palermo, the UNESCO capital, with its beauty and folklore, is really close. Ask for information at the hotel reception, city tours can be organized on request with or without a guide.
